USI Application - Aroha College

A Unique Student Identifier (USI) is your USI is your unique education number made up of 10 letters and numbers. It can be all letters but never all numbers. You only need to create it once and you have it for life.

Your USI gives you access to a government authenticated record of all your vocational education and training (VET) achievements since 2015.

You need a USI if you are:

a student studying nationally recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)

seeking a VET student loan

a higher education student seeking a HELP loan or Commonwealth Supported Place

a higher education student graduating.
