The Certificate III in Individual Support is designed for individuals passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. This qualification prepares you to provide person-centred care and support to people in community, home, or residential settings including those who may need assistance due to ageing, disability, or other personal circumstances.
You’ll learn how to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary care team, following individualised plans to meet client needs while promoting independence and well-being. The course also develops your knowledge of ethical practices, communication skills, and safety procedures, giving you the confidence to deliver high-quality support in real-world care environments.
Upon completion, you’ll be ready to take on meaningful roles such as Aged Care Worker, Disability Support Worker, or Community Care Assistant empowering individuals to live with dignity, choice, and respect.
